A new condo in Phoenix that costs less than half of the average price
The price of an apartment in Phoenix is rising to its lowest level since 2014.
But the new condo isn’t as pricey as you’d think.
Here’s what you need to know about Phoenix’s new condo rental agency, Apartment Rental Agency, which has opened a new site in the city’s west, located in the Tempe-area.

That’s a 15 percent discount from the average rent in the metro area, according RentHop.com.
But it’s a $100 per month discount compared to the average rate in the US, according APA.
And that’s on a monthly basis, so the difference isn’t a massive difference.
The average rent is about $1 million, according US Census data, but the average apartment rents for $2,200, according Rentsider.com and the APA website.
The cheapest condo rental apartment in the Valley was at $1 per square foot, and the average condo rents for a two-bedroom unit are $1 1,400, according KQED.
The lowest apartment rent in Phoenix was $1 a square foot in 2015.
Apartment rents in Phoenix have gone up 11 percent from 2014 to 2019.
