Stonebridge, a two-building community on the outskirts of Albuquerque, has one of the lowest real estate rates in the state of New Mexico.
The average price of a single-family home in the area is just over $300,000.
That’s a significant discount compared to the national average, where the average price for a single home is around $600,000, according to Zillow.
In Stonebridge, the apartment market is not so much the best, as it is the worst.
There are more expensive units in the community, and there are no vacancies in the market.
The city of Stonebridge is one of many in the region that has struggled to attract and retain new residents.
This isn’t to say that the area has failed to create housing, however.
Stonebridges own the first-ever $1 million, 10,000 square foot residential development on the site of a former oilfield site.
The developers plan to construct a 1,400 square foot townhouse with an additional 1,500 square feet of ground-floor retail and office space.
The first unit, which will include a rooftop deck, is slated to open in early 2018.
According to the developer, the project will create approximately 150 jobs and generate up to $100 million in annual economic impact.
The Stonebridge community was a place where people could find themselves in good company, according Michael Nieber, the company’s president and CEO.
He’s one of those people who has built a business from scratch.
“There’s no other town in New Mexico that has a very diverse workforce that is so supportive and has that ability to provide a place for people to find a sense of purpose and purpose and create a sense that they can get a foothold in the business,” Nieberg told Polygon.
Nieber said he grew up in a neighborhood with a low population, and he always knew the people who lived there would be the people he wanted to become a part of his life.
Niebrings the fact that people are looking for new opportunities in the same way he has: by making it a business.
“It’s not just a job, it’s a way of life,” he said.
“It’s like they say, ‘If you don’t have a job you’re not living your life.
If you don`t have a career you`re living your job.'”
The Stonebridges project is part of the Stonebridgers Community Action Plan, a program that has created over 10,500 jobs in the town of about 20,000 people.
In addition to its residential projects, the community has a variety of community projects ranging from community gardens to a sports and arts center.
The developers say the Stonebrings Community Action Program has resulted in more than $1.4 million in economic activity.
The developer said he and the other developers who participated in the program have built a network of partners in the local community, helping to create the opportunity for people like Niebber to start their own businesses.
The development of a small town is a common theme throughout the StoneBridge area.
Residents of Stonebridger have been looking for ways to start a new business in the past few years.
In 2015, the town had about 200 jobs in manufacturing, and by 2017, there were more than 600.
In 2017, Stonebridge became the first municipality in the United States to pass a resolution allowing residents to form cooperatives to provide for their needs.
The town has since become a hub for small businesses, such as a coffee shop and clothing store.
Stone bridge is also home to a few high school and college sports teams, and it hosts a variety events like concerts and film festivals.
The city has also hosted the annual Stonebridge Day festival, which takes place every September.
According to Niebert, one of his main goals for the future of Stone Bridge is to create a community that is not only welcoming to newcomers, but also welcoming to locals.
The community is looking for the opportunity to be a part to make that happen.
“People don’t want to come in and say ‘I’m going to be part of this,’ ” Niebern said.
“I want to make it an opportunity to bring people into the community and be part, and not feel like they have to pay to come and live here.”
