A new report by real estate analytics firm Trulia has found that renters in luxury apartments in Manhattan are paying more than $1 million more than they would for similar apartments in other cities.

The report also found that people living in $200,000 to $300,000 apartments were paying more for the same property than those living in similar apartments anywhere else in the country.

The results of the study are part of a larger analysis of median prices for luxury apartments by Trulia that also found the median cost of a single-family home in Manhattan is $1 billion.

The study, which has been published in the Financial Times, shows that in the past year, prices in luxury apartment complexes in New York City increased at a rate of 16 percent.

But this is still much lower than in other major cities in the United States.

The Trulia study found that the median price for a two-bedroom apartment in Manhattan increased from $139,800 to $164,900 in 2016.

The same apartment complex also increased its price by 16 percent in New Jersey, 16 percent, and 19 percent in Los Angeles, 17 percent, Chicago and 20 percent in Philadelphia.

According to the report, people living alone were paying an average of $1 more per month for their apartment than they did in 2016, while those living with someone else or with roommates were paying a $3 more per week than they were paying in 2016 for their apartments.

In addition to the increase in median prices, Trulia found that a single owner apartment in a luxury apartment complex in New Year’s Eve 2016 was costing $1 less than it would in other similar apartments.

The median price of a two bedroom apartment in the same complex increased by $2,400 in New Orleans in 2016 to $2.7 million, while the same apartment in Los Feliz in 2016 increased by about $2 million to $3.1 million.

The data shows that the typical luxury apartment in New Yorkers’ average year of ownership is around $1-million.

In New York, where median rents have increased by 12 percent over the past decade, that figure is $3-million, according to the study.

The median price per month in New Haven, Connecticut, is around the same level.

Trulia’s report also showed that the average cost of rent in luxury units in Manhattan dropped to $8.33 per square foot in 2016 from $9.25 per square feet in 2015.

In 2016, the average rent for a 2 bedroom apartment was $2-million in Manhattan.

In the study, Trumors study found the average annual cost of renting an apartment in Queens, Brooklyn, and the Bronx in 2016 was $1-$2 million.
