When you rent a $100k apartment in Seattle, you may have to pay more than $200,000
A Seattle-area apartment is up for rent for $100,000, and the owner has already raised the price by almost $200k.
But the real estate agent behind the transaction is raising prices for some Seattle-Area apartment residents even higher.
The listing, posted on eBay for $50,000 a month, has already been sold out, and is expected to hit the market next week, according to the listing agent.
The apartment, which is in a building in northgate, is described as being in an upper floor with a full kitchen, living room, bathroom, and bathroom with a small bedroom.
It’s located at 1034 W. Pine Street, in the Northgate neighborhood, and will be available for rent through January 20.
The unit is being sold with no guarantee of a sale price.
It’s listed as being fully furnished, with a large windowsill, fireplace, and fireplace mantel.
It is also listed with a three-bedroom, two-bathroom basement with a kitchen, laundry room, and a living room.
The seller also lists the unit as having two bathrooms, a living area, and two bedrooms.
It is listed with an “open floor plan” that includes a garage and a parking lot.
The property has been listed for $200 a month for two years.
In an email to the Seattle Times, the listing said that the price was initially set at $100 a month in September, but has since been bumped up by $150 a month.
The listing agent did not respond to a request for comment.
The $100 monthly price includes utilities, security deposit, and an annual tenant fee.
