Forest Hills Apartment Therapy: 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, 2 bathrooms, 1 walk in, 1 car garage
The property on the corner of North Avenue and State Street is a nice home that offers 3 bedrooms, 4 baths and a walk-in shower, but it doesn’t have much space for an apartment.
The property owner, John and Judy Lopatin, has made it their mission to find a place to live with the help of a local developer, who has a lot of experience in the space.
They are also looking to move in soon.
John and the Lopins are currently looking to rent out their apartment to a couple of other couples.
The Lopin’s current apartment is an all-steel building with the ability to accommodate up to 6 people.
It has been vacant since August 2016, and there’s been no movement in the property.
When we talked to John and his wife Judy, they shared the following information about the building: It is located on the ground floor of a building that is located between the main street and the State Street Parking Garage.
It is on the third floor of the building.
The building has a garage.
It’s a 3 bedroom apartment with a walk in shower.
There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a one-car garage.
You have a beautiful view of the city.
It looks like a nice little apartment.
John and Judy live in the building, but they can also be found on their property, as they are the only occupants in the unit.
They’re very active on social media.
“There is no one in the entire building, and I don’t know if I’m going to be able to get into the building to take my dog out,” Judy Lopein told us, adding that the couple is “happy to move into a smaller space, if that’s what it takes.”
Judy Lopalin told us that the apartment has “a lot of room for people to move and play.”
John Lopinsky also told us about the project: The building has two bathrooms, and the first bathroom has a shower that you can get out of.
And there’s an outdoor kitchen and a garage, which is all you need to have access to the property to get to the garage.
They’re really looking for someone who’s available to rent the space and bring a dog, which we’ll do that for them.
In addition to the 3 bedroom and 4 bath unit, the Lopeins have a separate bedroom for a single person.
We’ll see if they’ll be able get a tenant for that room soon, but until then, the two are staying put.
