The Lad’s review of a $50,000 condo in the River Edge apartments
In March, the Lad posted a review of the $50 to $100,000 apartment in River Edge, a high-end apartment complex in the Queens borough of Manhattan.
The review, written by realtor Richard Siegel, described the apartment as having a large living room with a large kitchen, living room, dining room and dining room, a living room and living room bathroom, and a large dining room with an extra room.
Siegel said he paid the $25,000 deposit to the seller.
“It is very high-class, very modern,” he wrote.
“In the kitchen, it has a stainless steel appliance and dishwasher, which is amazing, and the entire kitchen is covered in glass.
This place has an incredible amount of space.
I feel like this is one of the most exclusive apartments in the world, but I would love to live in it.”
Siegel wrote that he had only recently begun the renovation and had been told that the apartment had been renovated and would be ready to sell by April.
“If you live in New York and you want to live like this, you better be able to afford the rent,” Siegel told The Lad.
The apartment was listed for sale in April, the month the apartment was first listed for $25.
“The property has been repainted in bright, vibrant colors, and has been professionally remodeled.
The master suite has been added and a fully equipped kitchen and dining hall has been created,” he said.
Sauer added that the unit is very well maintained.
“I don’t know if the kitchen is the only thing that has been changed, but it has,” he told The Lead.
Settle for the low price The listing came as part of an ongoing listing campaign to sell the apartment, which was built in 2010 and currently has one unit listed for between $30,000 and $45,000.
The property is listed as a five-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment with two bedrooms, one bath, two baths, two bathrooms, one walk-in closet, a private bathroom and an outdoor kitchen.
Sigele wrote that the property has three bathrooms, including a private one.
“With the current renovation, the entire apartment is fully renovated and looks great,” he added.
“You are not going to find anything that would compare to this one.
It is one-of-a-kind.
It has been a pleasure to be a part of this project and a pleasure for me to own this property.”
Sigeel said he received many inquiries about the property.
“People are really interested and want to buy this property,” he admitted.
“But there is a limit to how much you can take in.”
