In Memphis, a lot of people are going to have to wait until sometime in 2019 to buy an apartment.

That’s the deadline to purchase a new apartment that includes a balcony or two, and that includes living in a park.

The city’s housing crisis has created an acute shortage of apartments in Memphis, with many of them located in historic neighborhoods like the downtown area and the downtown suburbs.

The city has about 17,000 apartments and apartments in need of renovation.

Many of those apartments are located in Memphis’ parks, and a new housing crisis will be in store if the city can’t build more park apartments.

Here’s what you need to know about the apartment market in Memphis: What are the housing conditions in Memphis right now?

There’s no shortage of affordable apartments in the city.

A new report by the Urban Land Institute found that Memphis has a vacancy rate of 0.4 percent, which is a lot lower than the national average of 4.5 percent.

Rates are even lower in Memphis than in many other cities, with a vacancy average of 2.5% in the Memphis area and 4.1% in surrounding areas.

But that number is still higher than the nationwide average of 3.5%.

How long will it take to get a new home in Memphis if the new apartments aren’t built?

Memphis is still in the midst of building a new downtown apartment complex, called the Greenfield site, which includes four high-rise buildings that will eventually house more than 300 apartments.

Construction on the Greenfields began last summer, and it’s expected to be complete in 2020.

In February, the city approved a proposal to build a new condominium complex on the site.

That project is expected to open in 2021, and the city is also planning to demolish a large portion of the old Central Station parking garage, which was built in 1904 and is the only public parking lot in the area.

How will the new buildings impact the rental market in the metro area?

There are currently four major rental housing developments in Memphis.

Three of those are in the Downtown area, including the new building at 3120 S. Broadway.

The fourth development is a new, smaller apartment complex called The Gateway, which will be the fourth development to be built on the property.

When will new apartments be built?

In Memphis’ downtown area, the new apartment complexes are expected to begin construction sometime in 2020 or 2021.

If the new projects are completed in the same time frame as the old ones, the average rental apartment in the downtown areas will cost $1,350 per month, according to the Urban Institute.

That means apartments in areas that are experiencing a shortage of housing could see a jump of as much as $100 to $250 a month, depending on where you live.

That will mean there will be some rental vacancies that can push up prices in those areas, especially in the more expensive areas of the city, such as Memphis.

How much does it cost to rent an apartment in metro Memphis?

Renting an apartment costs an average of $1.80 per month in Memphis and $1 per month elsewhere in the region.

There’s a lot to consider when it comes to rent, and you should do your homework to find the best rates.

The rental market is still new, and there’s still much work to be done before the apartments are ready to start taking deposits.

The average rent for an apartment is currently $1125, but the average monthly rent in the U.S. is $1123.
