If space is limited, look at two-family homes in the Upper West Side, and condos in the East Village.
But if you’re not looking to be the most expensive renter in the city, the three-story three-bedroom unit is another option.
The Manhattan apartment market is changing rapidly.
The market is expected to grow by about 1% this year.
And that’s because people are moving out of their apartments, as well as moving to more affordable areas.
