The ‘hippy’ apartment you never knew you wanted: A peek inside an all-inclusive loft on West Broadway
The “hippy” apartment you don’t know you want to live in is in the same block of West Broadway that you thought was a bit out of reach.
A lot of people were disappointed when they realized that the apartment they were looking for on West Broad Street was in the wrong block.
But, for a few lucky folks, the apartment is on the right side of things, according to a blog post on The Apartment Guide.
“A lot people were shocked and disappointed when the apartment was on the wrong side of West Broad.
A lot of the people who saw it in the gallery had their hopes up that it would be on the other side of Broadway,” co-owner of The Apéartment Guide David O. Brown said in the post.”
But in the end, we’re still here, and we’re just as excited as anyone else to show everyone the apartment we’re talking about.”
Brown said that the loft was designed to be shared and shared with friends.
“We wanted to create a space for a little community that we’re part of,” he said.
“We wanted a space that was inviting for everyone to come and enjoy.”
The loft will be available to rent beginning next month, and it’s currently listed for $2,500 per month, $1,600 per month and $1 of each month.
